七叶皂苷钠穴位注射联合自动痔疮套扎术对老年痔疮术后肛门疼痛和并发症的影响

The Effect of Seven Sodium Aescinate Injection Combined with Automatic Hemorrhoid Ligation on Postoperative Anal Pain and Complications in Elderly Patients with Hemorrhoids

目的探讨七叶皂苷钠穴位注射联合自动痔疮套扎术对老年痔疮术后肛门疼痛及并发症的影响。方法选取2012年2月~2015年12月我院收治的98例老年痔疮手术患者。分为对照组和观察组各49例。两组患者均采用自动痔疮套扎术治疗,对照组术后行常规抗感染和止血等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用七叶皂苷钠穴位注射治疗。对比两组患者术后1、3、5天肛门水肿情况、术后水肿消退时间及痊愈时间、两组患者治疗前、后疼痛改善情况、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后1、3、5天水肿程度评分均明显低于对照组;观察组患者术后肛门水肿平均消退时间及愈合时间分别为3.3±0.8d、6.8±1.7d,明显短于对照组6.2±1.9d、9.9±2.8d。两组患者术后VAS评分较治疗前均明显下降,观察组VAS评分下降程度较对照组更为显著。观察组术后并发症发生率为8.16%,明显低于对照组的24.49%。结论应用七叶皂苷钠穴位注射联合自动痔疮套扎术治疗老年痔疮患者可减少术后并发症,减轻患者痛苦,促进其康复。

Objective To explore the influence of sodium aescinate point injection combined with automatic band ligation of hemorrhoids elderly hemorrhoids anal pain and complications. Methods A retrospective analysis in February 2012~December 2015 98 cases of elderly patients with hemorrhoids surgery clinical treatment, patients in both groups using automatic hemorrhoid ligation treatment, after implementation of the conventional anti-infection and bleeding and other treatment for the control group （49 cases）; conventional treatment based on the use of sodium aescinate point injection treatment observation group （49 cases）. Results Observed postoperative day 1,3,5 edema scores were significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05; postoperative observation group anal swelling subsided time and average healing timewas （3.3±0.8）d, （6.8±1.7）d was significantly shorter than the control group （6.2±1.9） d, （9.9±2.8） d （P〈0.05）. The postoperative VAS score before treatment was significantly decreased compared, then the extent of the observation group VAS score decreased more significantly than the eontrol group, P〈0.05. Observation of postoperative pain, anal sense of falling, difficulty urinating complieation rate 8.16%, significantly lower than the control group, 24.49% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of sodium aescinate point injection eombined with automatic band ligation of hemorrhoids treatment of elderly patients with hemorrhoids can reduce postoperative complications, reduce patient suffering, to promote their recovery.
