摘要
为确定高粱叶片SPAD值的最佳测定位置,利用叶绿素计(SPAD-502Plus)对10个高粱恢复系同一叶片的叶尖部、叶中部、叶基部进行SPAD值测定,分析叶片不同部位SPAD值的分布及稳定性。结果表明,高粱品系HR的SPAD值最高,J9的SPAD值最低;10个高粱品系叶片不同测定位置上的SPAD值表现出一致的变化规律,即叶片中部>叶片尖部>叶片基部;叶片中部SPAD值的变异系数最小,数值相对稳定,可作为这10个高粱品系叶片SPAD值的适宜测定位置。表明叶片中部为较合适的测定部位,其SPAD值能较好地代表整个叶片的总叶绿素含量。
To determine the optimal location of SPAD value of sorghum leaves,SPAD values of leaf tip,leaf middle and leaf bottom on the same leaf were measured using the equipment SPAD-502 Plus for the sorghum cultivars. The results indicated that the SPAD value of HR was the highest,and J9 had the lowest SPAD value. The SPAD value of 10 sorghum lines at different positions showed a consistent change pattern,following the order:the middle leaf〉the tip leaf〉the base leaf. The coefficient of variation of SPAD value in the middle leaves was the least,and the values were relatively stable,which could be used as a suitable location for the SPAD value of the 10 sorghum lines. Therefore, the middle leaf is suitable measuring position, when using SPAD to evaluate the chlorophyll of sorghum leaf.
