中国沙棘与丰宁雄叶中芦丁含量的比较

Comparison of Rutin Content in Chinese Seabuckthorn and Fengningxiong Leaves

试验利用高效液相色谱法测定不同月份中国沙棘(雄)与丰宁雄叶中芦丁含量,所用的色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(33∶67),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温是30℃。结果表明,中国沙棘♂叶中芦丁含量在4—11月依次为0.317,0.492,0.424,0.897,0.981,0.387,1.462,0.441 mg/g;丰宁雄叶中芦丁含量在4—11月依次为0.394,0.557,0.719,0.770,0.540,0.869,0.722,0.855 mg/g。通过比较2个品种的芦丁含量,可为沙棘叶采摘时间的确定以及进一步有效开发和利用提供依据。

HPLC method was used to determine the content of rutin in Chinese seabuckthorn（male）leaves and Fengningxiong leaves in different months, and compare the results. The column was a Diamonsil C（18） column（150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid（33∶67）, the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The result showed that the content of rutin in leaves of China seabuckthorn from April to November were 0.317, 0.492, 0.424, 0.897, 0.981, 0.387, 1.462, 0.441 mg/g, respectively. Rutin content of Fengningxiong leaves from April to November were 0.394, 0.557, 0.719, 0.770, 0.540, 0.869, 0.722, 0.855 mg/g, respectively. By comparing the rutin content of 2 varieties,it can provide the basis for the determination of the harvest time and the further development and utilization of seabuckthorn leaves.
