按摩配合微波与低电频红外线治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果

Clinical effect of massage combined with microwave and low frequency electric stimulation and infrared in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

目的 :探讨微波、低频电刺激和红外线结合面部推拿治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 :选取2015年1月—2016年1月门诊收治的周围性面瘫患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。两组均接受微波、低电频刺激和红外线灯治疗,观察组同时接受按摩治疗。观察两组患者临床治愈效果,并随访1年观察后遗症发生率。结果 :观察组患者治疗有效率为96%(24/25),明显高于对照组的76%(19/25,P<0.05)。观察组1年内后遗症发生率为4%(1/25),明显低于对照组的24%(6/25,P<0.05)。结论 :按摩配合微波与低电频红外线治疗周围性面瘫效果显著,可作为预防面瘫后遗症的有效方法。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of microwave, low frequency electric stimulation and infrared combined with facial massage in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： From Jan 2015 to Jan 2016, 50 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were collected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 25 cases each. The two groups were treated with microwave, low frequency stimulation and infrared light therapy. At the same time the observation group received massage therapy. The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was observed, and followed up for 1 year to observe the incidence of sequelae. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 96% （24/25）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76% （19/25, P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of sequelae in the observation group was 4% （1/25）, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 24% （6/25, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of massage combined with microwave and low frequency electric stimulation and infrared ray in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is significant, which can be used as an effective method to prevent sequelae of facial paralysis.
