DR平片诊断肋骨骨折的临床应用

Clinical application of DR plain film in the diagnosis of rib fracture

目的 :探讨DR平片在诊断肋骨骨折中的应用。方法 :选取2016年6月—12月就诊的肋骨骨折患者60例,均进行DR平片和螺旋CT检查,并对诊断结果进行比较。结果 :DR确诊54例,不确诊3例,呈阴性3例,检出率为90%;螺旋CT确诊57例,不确诊1例,呈阴性2例,检出率为95%。结论 :DR平片检查在诊断肋骨骨折中具有一定的价值,但也存在漏诊、误诊情况,如结合螺旋CT检查,可提高诊断有效性和准确性,为后期治疗提供支持。

Objective： To explore the clinical value of digital radiography （DR） in the diagnosis of rib fracture. Methods： Sixty patients with rib fractures treated were selected from June to December 2016, all of them were examined by DR and spiral CT, and their results of the diagnosis were compared. Results： In 60 cases, 54 cases were diagnosed, 3 cases were not confirmed, 3 cases were negative by DR, and the detection rate was 90%. Fifty-seven cases were diagnosed, 1 case was not confirmed, 2 cases were negative by spiral CT and the detection rate was 95%. Conclusion： DR plain film examination has certain value in the diagnosis of rib fracture, but there are also missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. If combined with spiral CT, it can improve the validity and accuracy of diagnosis, and provide the support for later treatment.
