以就业为导向的高校汉语言文学专业人才培养模式研究

A Study on Employment-oriented Talent Cultivation Model of Chinese Language and Literature in Colleges and Universities

随着高等教育的不断推进,社会对人才需求越来越大,就业难成为普遍存在的问题。根据调查汉语言文学的就业现状,发现其形势日渐严峻,其中包含多方面原因,当前我国人才培养模式也存在着较多漏洞。因此,为了有效提升毕业生的就业率,对高校汉语言文学专业人才培养模式进行研究,强调用更完善的培养机制促进汉语言文学专业学生的发展,适应社会的需求。

With the continuous advancement of higher education, the society needs more and more talents, so it is hard to find jobs. According to the investigation of Chinese language and literature employment situation, it is found that its situation is increasingly serious for many reasons, and there are more loopholes in the current talent training mode. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the employment rate of graduates, this paper studies the Chinese language and literature talent cultivation mode, with a more compre- hensive cultivation system to promote the development of Chinese language and literature majors so as to meet the needs of society.
