教师发展视域下音乐表演专业课程设置研究

摘要 音乐表演专业一直以培养高标准的音乐人才为目标进行教学,然而随着社会的不断进步,音乐表演专业课程没有进行革新,课程设置不够合理,对教师专业发展也起着制约的作用。为此,以音乐表演专业课程设置现状以及教师发展目标为研究基础,对其专业课程设置进行探讨,希望音乐表演专业能够转变传统教学观念,制定符合社会需求的课程体系,为教师的专业化发展奠定基础,培养出能够适应社会发展的优秀人才。 Music performance major has long conducted teaching with the development of high standard music talents as the teach- ing goal. However, with the progress of society, music performance curriculum does not carry out innovation, and the curriculum estab- lishment is not reasonable, which play a restrictive role in the professional development of teachers. Therefore, taking the present situa- tion of music performance curriculum and the development of teacher as the research foundation, this paper discusses the curriculum so that music performance major can transform the traditional teaching concepts, and develop a curriculum system which meets the social needs, in order to lay a foundation for teachers' professional development, and cultivate more talents who adapt to the social develop- ment.
