Research on Integration of Craftsmanship Spirit into the Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

"工匠精神"融入高职院校思想政治教育中,有助于增强高职学生的综合素养和职业精神,还有助于激发和加强高职学生的创新性及主观能动性。主要通过分析"工匠精神"的实质内涵和教育功能,以及其融入高职院校思想政治教育中融合的必要性,并提出融入的具体措施。

Integration of craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges not only helps to enhance the comprehensive quality and occupation spirit of higher vocational college students, but also helps stimulate and strengthen their innovation and initiative. This paper mainly analyses the connotation and essence of the educational function of craftsmanship spir- it, the necessity of integrating it into ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the concrete in- tegration measures.
