摘要
高校在培养专业的旅游管理人员和从业人员过程中必须要开设旅游英语。旅游活动本身是一种跨文化活动,也是文化传播的媒介。旅游英语课程的开展对于文化差异的消除与文化冲突的缓解起着重要作用,针对其跨文化特性要着重培养学生的跨文化意识。
Colleges and universities which cultivate professional tourism management staff and practitioners must open tourism English. Tourism activity itself is a kind of cross-cultural activity, and also a medium for the spread of culture. Tourism English curriculum development plays an important role in the elimination of cultural differences and ease of cultural conflicts, cultivates students' crosscultural awareness according to its cross-cultural characteristics.
