丙烯酰胺类低温交联剂DSAA-PDMS的合成

摘要 以氨基硅油(氨乙基氨丙基聚硅氧烷)和丙烯酰氯为原料,合成丙烯酰胺类低温交联剂DSAA-PDMS,研究了反应物物质的量之比、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂用量对伯氨基转化率的影响,以整理后棉织物的折皱回复角、断裂强力和撕破强力评价交联效果,采用傅里叶红外光谱和扫描电镜分析表征,研究了交联剂DSAAPDMS的应用性能。结果表明,交联剂DSAA-PDMS的合成条件为:反应物的物质的量之比n(丙烯酰氯):n(氨基硅油)=3.5:1,反应温度35℃,反应时间4h,二氯甲烷用量为氨基硅油质量的100%时,伯氨基的转化率最高。将交联剂DSAA-PDMS用于棉织物整理,焙烘温度120℃时,整理织物的折皱回复角提高22.8%,撕破强力提高40.5%,硬挺度降低33.7%,实现了低温交联同时改善棉织物手感的目的。 The low temperature crosslinking agent DSAA-PDMS of acrylamide is synthesized by acyla- tion reaction of amino silicone oil and acryloylchloride. Effect of molar ratio of reactants, reaction temper- ature, reaction time and solvent dosage on the conversion rate of the primary amino groups is studied. The crosslinking effect of the finished cotton fabric is evaluated by wrinkle recovery angle, breaking strength and tearing strength. The application performance of DSAA-PDMS is characterized with FTIR and SEM, The results show that conversion rate of primary amino groups can achieve the highest when the molar ratio of reactants in (acryloyl chloride): n (amino silicone oil)] is 3.5: 1, the solvent dosage is 100% of amino silicone oil and reacting at 35 ℃ for 4 hours. The crosslinking agent DSAA-PDMS is used for cotton fabric finishing, when curing temperature is 120 ℃, the crease recovery angle of the finished fabric is increased 22.8%, the tear strength is increased 40.5%, the stiffness is reduced 33.7%.
