摘要
对火焰层压工艺、PUR层压工艺和水性PU层压工艺复合汽车座椅面料的剥离强度及挥发性(包括气味、甲醛、可冷凝组分、有机化合物排放)进行研究和测试。结果表明,PUR层压工艺好于火焰层压工艺和水性PU层压工艺,汽车座椅面料满足相关标准的使用要求,并且无污染物产生,有利于环保。
The peeling strength and volatility of automotive seat fabrics with flame lamination, PUR lami- nation and aqueous PU lamination are researched, including smell, formaldehyde, condensable compo- nents, organic compound emissions, and so on. The results show that PUR laminating process is better than the other two processes, it can meet the requirements of automotive seat fabric, and it is environ- mental friendly.
