摘要
讨论了抗酚黄变剂FK-162A应用工艺对抗酚黄变效果的影响。优化的FK-162A抗酚黄变整理工艺为:FK-162A 3%(omf),柠檬酸0.2 g/L,60℃处理20 min。经该工艺处理的锦氨纶织物,抗酚黄变效果可达到4~5级,而且对织物色泽影响小,耐湿态迁移性好,具有较广泛的工艺适用性。
The effect of anti-phenolic yellowing agent FK-162A on dyed polyamide/polyurethane fabric is discussed. The optimum process is FK-162A 3%(omf), citric acid 0.2 g/L, treating at 60 ℃ for 20 min. The results show that the anti-phenolic yellowing performance of finished fabric can reach Grade 4~5, and the process has little influence on the color shade. The treated fabric has good resistance to moisture migration.
