摘要
本研究基于学习者语料库提供的真实数据,采用中介语对比分析方法,探讨三个阶段中国学习者在词串使用方面的特征。本文以"way"为节点词,从语义特点、语用功能和非词语化角度分析语料库中出现的三词词串。研究发现该词的词义从具体用法向抽象用法渐次变化,表现出非词语化特征,语义意义不断削弱,语用功能不断增强。学习者语料库中的数据表明,学习者的语用能力随着英语水平的提高而发展。和本族语者相比,中国学生在词串输出的频数、种类、功能上都不尽相同,在词串使用上缺乏多样性、准确性以及语用功能。
This research explored the developmental features of Chinese EFL learners' use of cluster on the basis of corpus data. With the method of Contrastive Interlanguage Analysis, a cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the clusters employed by Chinese learners across three proficiency levels. This paper examined the 3-word clusters of the node word "way" in terms of semantic feature, pragmatic function and delexicalization. According to the analysis of clusters from the reference corpus, the sense of the node shifts from concrete to increasingly abstract with a waning of semantic meaning and a relative strengthening of pragmatic function. The evidence from CLEC indicated that there was a clear developmental continuum among Chinese EFL learners across three proficiency levels. The survey demonstrated that the clusters utilized by Chinese learners differed from those used by native speakers in that their output lacked variety, accuracy and pragmatic function.
