摘要
菌丝体作为食用菌生产过程中重要的副产物,其综合利用一直受到广泛关注。近年来,食用菌菌丝体综合利用研究不断深入并取得了重要进展。简要介绍了菌丝体综合利用在医用生物材料、绿色材料、饲料化等方面取得的重要成果和阶段性进展,分析了菌丝体综合利用研究面临的问题并提出了推动发展的建议。
As an important byproduct to production process of edible fungus, the comprehensive utilization of mycelium has been widely concerned in the world. In recent years, the research on comprehensive utilization of edible fungi mycelium has been continuing deeping and got important progress. The achievements and periodic progress of mycelium were simply intro- duced in this article, inculding myeelium that applied as medical biological materials, green materials, feed and so on. The problems which existed in the development of comprehensive utilization technology were analysed and some suggestions were put forward in order to promote the development of technology.
