摘要
本规范首次规定了黑木耳菌种质量可追溯的术语和定义、生产计划管理、菌种生产管理、贮存管理、检测管理、标签标志包装运输管理以及追溯码管理的各个环节可追溯信息,其主要技术指标和技术要求反映了当前黑木耳菌种质量可追溯的研究成果、实践经验和成熟技术,追溯方法合理、先进,可操作性强,填补了我国食用菌菌种可追溯的空白,同时为其他食用菌菌种追溯标准的制定提供了借鉴,该标准在本领域内达到了国际领先水平。
The specification was provided for traceability for spawn quality of A uricularia heimuer for the first time. The trace- ability information of each link consisting of the terms and definitions, strains of production plan management, production man- agement, storage management, testing management, labels, marks the packing and shipping management and traceability code management were mentioned in the paper. The main technical indicators and technical requirements reflected the current re- search achievement, practical experience and mature technology of strains quality traceability of A. heimuer. The method of traceability is reasonable, advanced and strong maneuverability. The specification fills the gap of traceability of edible fungi in China, meanwhile, provides the reference for establishing traceability standard for other edible fungi. The standard reaches the international advanced level in this field.
