日本香菇菌种研发现状及生产品质管控特点 被引量:6

摘要 在对日本香菇菌种生产企业调研以及结合相关材料的基础上,详细分析了日本香菇菌种研发情况和菌种生产企业的产品管控特点。日本香菇菌种研发历史较长,法律体系完备、民间团体作用较大。了解到日本香菇菌种生产企业仅对外销售栽培种,生产流程分为12个环节。品质管控具有严格把控原料品质、保持作业环境洁净、开发专用菌资设备、严把菌种出厂检查、采取全程可追溯体系、参加生产损失保险等特点。建议我国香菇产业应加大香菇菌种的研发力度、重视知识产权保护、发挥产业协会的协调作用、促进香菇菌种生产公司发展、提高菌种生产从业人员素质。 Based on the investigation on the Japanese companies producing Lentinus edodes strains and relavant materials, research and development of L. edodes strains in Japan and quality control characteristics of these companies were analyzed in detail. The research and development of L. edodes strains has a long history. The legal system is complete, and the role of civil society is greater in Japan. The Japanese companies producing L. edodes strains only sell cultivated species and the whole production process is divided into 12 parts. Quality control is characteristic as of strictly controlling the quality of raw materials, keeping working environment clean, developing special equipments, strictly inspecting the strains to leave the factory, adopting the full traceability system and participating production loss insurance. It is suggested that the Chinese mushroom industry should strengthen the research and development of L. edodes strains, attach importance to intellectual property protection, play the coordinating role of industry associations, promote the development of companies producing L. edodes strains, and improve the quality of the staff in these companies.
