民族地区精准扶贫:实践与启示——以临夏县D村为例

Accurate Poverty Alleviation in Minority Regions: Practices and Revelations——Taking D Village in Linxia County as an Example

民族地区精准扶贫是中国精准扶贫战略的重要组成部分。通过对临夏县D村精准扶贫相关问题的研究,认为精准扶贫的精准度不高,对贫困户持续发展能力提高的措施较弱,精准扶贫措施效率较低。因此民族地区在精准扶贫过程中要提高精准度,加强提高贫困户持续发展能力,提高精准扶贫措施的效率。精准扶贫要按照"六个精准"的要求,同时根据贫困村、贫困户、贫困人口的实际情况,做到"真扶贫、扶真贫"。

The accurate poverty alleviation in minority regions is an important part of accurate poverty alleviation strategy in China. Through the study of such practices in D Village of Linxia County,the author found that the degree of accuracy is very low, the measures to improve the sustainable development ability of the poor are weak and the efficiency is low as well. Therefore,we should improve the accuracy;strengthen the sustainable development ability of the poor and improve the efficiency of accurate poverty alleviation measures. The accurate poverty alleviation must be in accordance with the requirements of ＂six accuracy＂ , and at the same time,＂truly alleviate poverty and help the real poor person＂ according to the situation of their poverty.
