摘要
针对选煤厂主厂房设备多,结构布置复杂,大型设备(筛子,离心机等)运行中常常有动荷载和其引起的振动问题,结合工程实例,对由设备引起的厂房振动的问题,采用传统的简化计算(单根梁)和有限元方法进行了对比,分析发现设备振动的原因。结果表明:设备入料端与出料端支座高差较大时,采用整体计算的有限元方法能够较为真实的反应结构的固有频率;另外从减小设备对厂房振动的角度,设备的布置宜布置在厂房的低端。
Aiming at the dynamic load and vibration caused by large equipment (sieve, centrifuges, etc.), as there are many equipment in main workshop of coal preparation plant, and the structure arrangement is complex, the cause of equipment vibration was studied, with the comparison of the traditional simplified calculation ( single beam) and finite element method. Results show that, when the elevation difference between the supports of material inlet and outlet, the overall finite element calculation result is close to natural frequency of the structure; and from the perspective of reducing structure vibration caused by equipment operation, equipment shall be arranged on lower level of the building.
