摘要
针对大采高工作面复用巷道变形大、维护困难的问题,通过现场实测分析复用巷道变形破坏规律,提出围岩协调支护理论,阐述围岩变形与注浆支护时机的作用机理,应用新型注浆材料进行了二次注浆支护试验。结果表明:复用巷道可划分为超前影响区、初始变形区、剧烈变形区、趋于稳定区、稳定区;协调支护理论认为注浆支护应在围岩变形起始阶段进行,在工作面前、后方进行二次注浆支护;复用巷道采用二次注浆支护变形量减小50%以上。
Aiming at the large deformation and controlling difficulty in multiplex roadway with large mining height, the deformation law of multiplex roadway was analyzed through filed measurement, the surrounding rock coordination theory was proposed, the action mechanism between surrounding rock deformation and grouting support opportunity was explained, and a twice grouting support test was carried out using new grouting material. Results show that, multiplex roadway can be divided into advance impact zone, initial deformation zone, serve deformation zone, stabilizing zone, stable zone; according to coordination support theory, grouting support should he applied at initial deformation stage, using twice grouting support at the front and back of the working face, the deformation was decreased by more than 50% after twice grouting support.
