摘要 为了在不牺牲通信速度的情况下,保证工业总线网络的可靠性与安全性,提出了一种可应用于高可靠工业总线网络的心跳包模型,通过定义心跳数据包协议,将心跳包与数据报文结合在一起,实现网络中主站节点个从站节点间收发心跳包数据。接下来利用接收到的心跳包数据,判断网络节点间的连接状况,提高总线网络通信的可用性和可靠性,同时也不会提高总线网络主站节点的网络负担。该模型应用于一个基于CAN总线网络设计的高可靠网络中,通过对网络进行测试表明,该模型达到了较好的效果,提升了整个总线网络的可用性和可靠性。 In order not to sacrifice the speed of communication, ensure the reliability and safety of the industrial bus network, A heartbeat model which is applied in high reliable industry field bus was proposed. The model define communication protocol base on heartbeat, combine heartbeat and data packet, and implement heartbeat transportation between master station and slave station. Then, with analysis of receiving data packet, the status of network node was judged, the availability and reliability of bus network communication is improved, and the network burden of master station can not be increased. The model is applied in high reliable industry field bus base on CAN network. The result of network test show that the model promote the availability and reliability of the whole field bus system.
