摘要 嵌入式设备在水质监测系统中得到了广泛应用,同时,随着互联网的普及,将嵌入式设备接入互联网成为其发展的趋势。利用SOPC技术,在FPGA上建立集水质参数数据采集和嵌入式Web服务器于一体的NiosⅡ双处理器系统。选取相关水质参数的测量仪器,并采用串口与数据采集处理器相连,实现水质参数的数据采集和存储,同时通过移植μC/OS实时操作系统和NicheStack TCP/IP协议栈来实现嵌入式web服务器,通过内部软件程序实现网页数据的动态更新。利用NiosⅡ开发套件中的硬件互斥核来协调两个处理器对共享存储器的访问。最终达到工作人员可以通过PC机浏览器来监控水质的目的。 Nowadays, the embedded equipment has been widely applied in water quality monitoring system, at the same time, Internet access will become the development trend of embedded devices with the popularity of the Internet. This paper uses SOPC technology to establish a NiosII dual processor system on FPGA, which is a combination of the water quality parameter acquisition and embedded Web server. Through selecting the measuring instruments of relevant water quality parameters, and using the serial port to connect the instruments with the data acquisition processor, the acquisition and storage of water quality parameters is realized, and the embedded web server is achieved by the transplantation of μC/OS real-time operating system and NicheStack TCP/IP protocol stack. The dynamic updating of webpages is realized through the internal software program. The use of hardware mutex in NiosII development kit can coordinate the shared memory access of the two processors. In this way, the staff can monitor the water quality through the webpage browser on PC.
