摘要
根据送料机械手高加速度、高定位精度等要求,设计了一套采用直线电机的高速精密机械手。基于动力学特性,合理选择了直线电机类型,分析了直线电机基本参数对其性能的影响。对机械手样机进行了检测、补偿和调整,使其达到设计目标,为各类由直线电机操动的机械手提供了参考。
Acc, ording to the requirements of high acceleration and high positioning accuracy for feeding manipulator, a set of high speed precision manipulators were designed based on linear motor. In the view of dynamic characteristics, the linear motor type was selected reasonably, and the influence of the basic parameters of the linear motor on its performance was analyzed. The manipulator prototype was tested, compensated and adjusted to achieve the design objective and it might provide a reference for all types of manipulators that adopt linear motors for operations.
