摘要
在工程实际应用中,某新型总温传感器在正攻角的状态下总温恢复因数偏低,未达到设计指标。根据模型进行了数值模拟,探讨了该型传感器的不敏感角度,并进行了优化设计。数值试验结果表明,优化后的总温传感器在总温测量方面效果良好,且不敏感角度范围较大,能够满足应用要求。
In a practical application of the project, the total temperature recovery factor of a new type of total temperature sensor was always on the low side in the state of positive incidence and could not meet the design targets. A numerical simulation was conducted based on the model, the sensitivity of the sensor was investigated, and the optimal design was carried out. Numerical test resuhs show that the optimized total temperature sensor has good effect in total temperature measurement and has a large range of insensitive angles which can meet the application requirements.
