一种大平面单拱反射镜同心安装结构的设计

摘要 介绍了一种前表面为凹面、后表面为单拱抛物面的大平面反射镜同心安装结构,可以保证大平面反射镜与探测器安装的同心度。这一同心安装结构采用锥面定位方式,通过球面副的调节使整个反射镜能较好地保证反射镜与探测器的同心度,且安装强度高,安装内应力小,对有同心要求的大平面反射镜安装结构设计有参考价值。 Introduced a concentric mounting structure for a large plane reflector with concave front surface and single arch paraboloid in rear surface, which could ensure the concentricity when installing the large plane reflector and the detector. This concentric mounting structure adopts the conical surface for positioning. Through the adjustment of the spherical pair, the entire reflector can ensure sound concentricity between the reflector and the detector. Due to high strength and small internal stress of the installation, this structure design can provide reference value in design of mounting frame of large plane reflector that requires concentricity.
