摘要 由于零件结构日益复杂、加工程序增多、生产周期变长,数控程序的质量成为影响加工质量和效率的重要因素。加工仿真技术不仅可以检验数控代码的准确性,验证是否存在过切或欠切,而且可以检查是否会发生刀具干涉和碰撞,进而有效避免耗力费时的试切环节。概述了加工仿真技术的发展现状,介绍了VERICUT加工仿真系统的功能和仿真流程,通过典型零件的加工仿真与实际切削实例,完成了数控程序的校验,以及过切、欠切、干涉、碰撞的检查,最后对试切零件与设计模型的公差进行了对比,以体现加工仿真技术的优越性和实用性。 As the part structure is increasingly production cycle becomes longer, the quality of the NC complex, the processing program increases, the program becomes an important factor affecting the processing quality and efficiency. Processing simulation technology can not only check the accuracy of NC code, verify whether there is over cut or under cut, it can also check whether there is tool interference and collision, and thus effectively avoid time-consuming trial cut. Summarized the development status of processing simulation technology, introduced the function and simulation flow of VERICUT processing simulation system. Completed the verification of NC program, and checked for over cut, under cut, interference and collision through the processing simulation and actual cutting of typical parts. Finally, the tolerances of the parts by trial cutting and the tolerances of design model were compared to reflect the superiority and practicability of the processing simulation technology.
