摘要 由于薄壁零件壁厚不足孔径的1/15,车削时装夹困难,容易产生振动和热变形,影响零件的尺寸、形位精度和表面粗糙度。对薄壁零件的加工方法进行了讨论,并对实例进行了工艺分析。采用液性塑料定心夹具正确装夹零件,可以减小零件变形,保证薄壁零件的加工精度,从而可使薄壁零件达到设计与使用要求。 As the wall thickness of the thin-wall parts is less than 1/15 of the aperture, they are difficult for chucking during turning while the part sizes, shape accuracies and surface roughness may be affected due to vibration and thermal deformation. The processing methods of thin-wall parts were discussed and the technical analysis for examples was completed. When liquid plastic centering fixture is adopted to clamp parts correctly it can reduce the deformation of parts, ensure the working accuracy of thin-wall parts, so that the thin-wall parts can satisfy the design and operating requirements.
