摘要 在RB439/37.5人字齿轮减速箱加工装配中,人字齿轮轴与曲轴体上左右旋齿圈啮合,左右旋齿圈采用过盈配合,无键连接,过盈配合需加热后装配,错位半齿对中较困难。针对这一问题,设计了专用工装,在箱体外模拟箱体内的装配,使人字齿轮轴与曲轴体上左右旋齿圈模拟啮合,进而准确无误进行热装齿圈。这一工装简单且易操作,可以快捷、高效地完成难度较大的人字齿轮装配,适合于大批量人字齿轮副的装配。 In the task to assemble RB439/37.5 herringbone gear in the reduction gearbox, the herringbone gear shaft needs to mesh the left and right ring gear on the crankshaft, the left and right ring gear adopts interference fit for keyless connection. Interference fit should be done after heating, and it is difficult to meet the alignment requirement with half-teeth offset. A special tooling was designed for this problem which could simulate the fitting outside of the case body just as the fitting in the case body, so that the meshing of herringbone gear shaft and the left and fight ring gear on the crankshaft could be simulated, and then the gear ring could be assembled properly by shrinkage fit. This tooling is simple and easy to operate, you can quickly and efficiently complete the difficult fitting work of herringbone gear, and it is suitable for fitting of herringbone gear pairs in large quantity.
