摘要
针对车灯装配线存在的不足,采用工业工程技术中的流程程序分析法,对B型车灯的装配过程进行分析。通过工序优化,以及取消、合并、重排、简化原则对装配布局进行改善,对改善效果进行了评价:装配线平衡得到显著改善,生产过程中的浪费大为减少。
According to the shortcomings of the assembly line of the car lighting, the assembly process of the B-type car lighting was analyzed by the process analysis method of the industrial engineering technology. The assembly layout was improved by the principle of process optimization and ECRS. The improvement was evaluated: the assembly line balance was significantly improved and the waste in the production process was greatly reduced.
