基于ANSYS分析的某型红外瞄准镜优化设计

摘要 红外瞄准镜工作在高强度、高频率的应力冲击环境,如果设计中不采取相应的防护措施,产品可能出现可靠性问题。本文使用ANSYS软件,对某型红外瞄准镜进行有限元仿真,侧重于冲击瞬态分析,通过数据分析发现不足和缺陷,同时提出解决方案,优化产品设计,满足了产品的环境适应性。 An infrared gun scope was usually exposed to high-frequency and high-intensity stress concussion, and some dependability malfunctions may happen if the corresponding methods wash' t used during the designing. Based on the ANSYS software, a finite element simulation had been done to one infrared gun scope ,whose simulation emphasis was the transient analysis. According to the analysis data, malfunction of the infrared gun scope had been found out, and some effective measures had been used to resolve the problem. In the end , this product had been optimized and satis- fied with the environmental condition.
