基于Deform-3D螺旋槽丝锥磨损的有限元仿真

摘要 借助Deform-3D软件对硬质合金丝锥切削45#钢时的磨损情况进行有限元仿真,研究不同转速对后刀面磨损的影响。研究结果表明:随着切削速度的提高,丝锥后刀面的磨损量不断增加,磨损率呈现上升趋势。 Based on the Deform-3D software,the tapping finite element model for machining 45 steel under various velocity is established. Discussing the influence of the flank wear by different cutting speed. The simulation turns out that the flank wearincreasing with the velocity rising, so as to the wear rate.
