摘要
观察高速铣削钛合金刀具时后刀面及被加工表面的形貌,通过对刀具后刀面磨损量和被加工表面粗糙度值的测量研究了刀具磨损对被加工表面粗糙度的影响,揭示了钛合金铣削加工时提高表面质量的规律。
Through observing the topographies of tool flanks and machined surfaces and by measuring the flank wear and machined roughness in high-speed milling titanium and alloys, the influence of the tool wear on machined surface roughness is studied, providing an insight into the way to improve machined surface qualities in milling Titanium alloy.
