基于熵权TOPSIS的湖南省城市旅游竞争力评价研究

Evaluation of Competitiveness of Urban Tourism of Hunan Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS

以湖南省14个市州为研究对象,结合国内外有关城市旅游竞争力指标体系的相关研究,构建了包括旅游核心竞争力和旅游基础竞争力2个一级指标,旅游产品竞争力、旅游市场竞争力、旅游接待能力、经济竞争力、城市文化氛围竞争力、交通及通信业竞争力、环境质量竞争力7个二级指标,38个三级指标的指标体系。利用熵权法确定各个评价指标的权重,再通过TOPSIS法利用逼近理想解的技术确定评价对象的排序,划分为三级梯队,对湖南省14个市州城市旅游竞争力进行综合评价,并提出发展策略。

Taking 14 cities in Gunan province as the research object anti by combining with domestic and foreign related research about urban tourism competitiveness index system, the researcher aims to buiht the 2 first level indieaturs including the core competitiveness of tourism and fundamental tourism competitiveness, 7 secondary indexes including tourism product competitiveness, market competitiveness of tourism, tourist reception capacity, economic competitiveness, urban eompetitiveness of the cultural atmnsphere, transportation and telecommunication industry competitive and environment quality competitive and 38 level 3 indicators index system. By using the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each evaluation index and TOPSIS method to determine the sort of evaluation objects through the technology of the approach to the ideal solution, and the result being divided into 3 echelon, the author of this paper makes a comprehensive and comparative evaluation of the tourism competitiveness of 14 cities in Hunan province and puts forward the development strategy.
