特色能源小镇多级区域能源规划

摘要 结合浙江省提升地方城镇化建立特色小镇的重要实施战略,以浙江省宁波市宁海县为例,针对当地的能源类型与条件,采用区域综合能源多级优化的系统设计方法,以当地所拥有的风能、光能、潮汐能、煤电等多方面能源资源为基础,建立了在宁海县建设新能源特色小镇的基本规划,并按照当地目前的负荷条件以及未来负荷的发展趋势,总结了系统运行优化主要优势,分析结果表明,以分布式清洁煤基能源为核心的综合能源系统是目前最符合中国国情的区域能源规划方案。 As the establishment of characteristic towns has become an important strategy for Zhejiang to promote local urbanization, by adopting the multilevd optimization method of district comprehensive energy system, the paper promotes the energy system planning scheme for establishment of characteristic energy towns in Ninghai, Ningbo city, Zhejiang province, based on the local wind, solar, tidal and coal energy. Advantage of the planning scheme is then summarized according to the current situation and development trend of local load condition. Analysis result shows that, comprehensive energy system based on distributed clean coal energy is most suitable for the planning of district energy system according to Chinese national condition.
