煤泥及矸石等低热值煤循环流化床清洁高效利用关键技术研究 被引量:24

摘要 煤炭的洗选加工,将产生大量的煤泥、煤矸石等低热值煤副产品。通过对低热值煤资源利用现状进行研究分析指出,循环流化床发电技术是低热值煤大规模清洁利用的最佳方式。通过对包括低热值煤的适应性、循环流化床发电提效技术、清洁排放技术等低热值煤大规模清洁高效利用的关键技术进行研究分析,指出发展大容量、高参数、低排放的节能型循环流化床发电技术是实现低热值煤大规模清洁高效利用的必由之路,并提出实现低热值煤大规模清洁高效利用可行技术路线。 Coal washing and processing, will produce large amount of coal slime, coal gangue, middlings and other coal by-products with low calorific value. Based on analysis on the present utilization situation of low calorific value coal, it is pointed out that the circulating fluidized bed ( CFB ) power generation technology is the best way for clean and efficient utilization of low calorific value coal in large scale. The adaptability of low calorific value coal, the technology of circulating fluidized bed power generation and the clean emission technology are analyzed. It is pointed out that the development of energy saving circulating fluidized bed power generation technology with large capacity, high parameter and low emission is the only way to realize the clean and efficient utilization of low calorific value coal. The feasible technical route is proposed to realize the large-scale clean and efficient utilization of low calorific value coal.
