中国现代煤化工产业发展竞争力探讨

Discussion on competitiveness of modern coal chemical industry in China

2017年国家《煤炭深加工产业示范规划(2016-2020年)》发布,明确了现代煤化工的发展定位、"十三五"发展规模和重要发展方向。文章概要总结我国以替代石油产品为主要方向的现代煤化工快速步入产业化轨道,工艺技术水平逐步提高,能耗、水耗指标不断下降,环保水平不断提升,运行成本逐年下降的发展现状,从战略性、环保水平、水资源利用、经济性等方面,全面分析现代煤化工产业的竞争力,分析目前存在的问题,提出未来产业提高竞争力的路径和建议。

During the ＂ 12th Five-Year＂ period, the modem coal chemical industry in the main direction of replacing petroleum products stepped into the fast track in China. The technological level gradually improved. The energy consumption and water consumption have been decreasing continuously, and the level of environmental protection has been improving. The operating costs decreased year by year. In early 2017, National Coal Deep Processing Industry Demonstration Planning （2016-2020） was issued, in which the development orientation of the modem coal chemical industry was clarified, that it is one of the clean and efficient use of coal. The Planning also give out the ＂13＇h Five-Year＂ development scale and direction of the industry. This article gives a summary of the development of modem coal chemical industry in ＂ 12th Five- Year＂. A comprehensive analysis of the industry was made from the strategic level, the environmental protection, the utilization of water resources, economy and other aspects. The article also analyzes the existing problems of the industry and puts forward the future path to improve the competitiveness of the industry and gives out suggestions.
