首台高效1050MW超超临界锅炉的设计及在万州电厂的应用 被引量:1

摘要 神华万州电厂2×1050MW机组锅炉在国内首次采用了29.4MPa/605℃/623℃高效超超临界参数。通过对锅炉结构的优化设计和运行的合理控制,实现了在现有成熟材料的基础上进一步提高锅炉蒸汽参数,达到再热汽温设计值623℃,提高了机组效率和电厂的经济性。采用了深度分级燃烧技术、燃烧器前后墙错层对冲布置以及空预器四分仓技术,实现高效燃烧并降低排放。合理的炉膛热负荷特性,降低结焦倾向,有良好的煤种适应性,并考虑了远期燃用准东煤。宽负荷运行特性,可在较低的工况下仍维持较高的锅炉效率和较低的NO_x排放,实现400MW深度调峰。该工程锅炉是目前世界最大容量的高效参数一次再热燃煤锅炉,将是未来一段时期内电站锅炉的主流炉型,也是现阶段超超临界锅炉技术发展现实有效的途径之一。 Shenhua Wanzhou Power Plant 2× 1050MW unit boiler in the country for the first time uses 29.4MPa/605℃/ 623℃ high efficient ultra- supercritieal parameters. By optimizing the design of the boiler structure and controlling operation reasonably, the boiler steam parameters can be further improved on the basis of the existed mature materials, and the design value of reheat steam temperature is 623℃, which improves the efficiency of the unit and the economy of the power plant. Using the classification of deep combustion technology, the burner front and rear wall of the collision layer layout and air preheater four sub-warehouse technology to achieve efficient combustion and reduce emissions. Reasonable furnace heat load characteristics, reduce coking tendency, have good coal adaptability, and consider the long- term burning quasi-east coal. Wide load operating characteristics, can be maintained in the lower operating conditions, higher boiler efficiency and lower NOx emissions, to achieve 400MW depth peaking. The boiler is the world' ss largest capacity and efficient parameters of a reheat coal-fired boiler, will be the next period of time the main boiler boiler furnace, but also the current stage of ultra-supercritieal boiler technology development is the most realistic and effective way.
