废弃烟草生物质燃烧特性的热重分析 被引量:5

摘要 用同步热分仪在空气条件下对废弃烟草生物质烟梗、烟末进行燃烧特性实验。对燃烧各个失重台阶和失重峰进行分析,探究实验样品的着火、燃烧和燃烬性能,并进行对比分析。结果表明,烟末的着火温度、燃烧峰值温度和燃烬温度低于烟梗,燃烧峰值速率和平均速率大于烟梗,燃烧综合性能优于烟梗;烟梗燃烧机理较烟末更为复杂,在挥发分析出燃烧阶段较烟末多一个峰,在1009.05 K附近仍发生微量的燃烧放热现象。 The combustion characteristics experiments of Tobacco biomass( tobacco stem and tobacco fine) were carried out by STA409 under air condition. Based on analyzing all of weight loss processes and weight loss peaks, ignition performance, combustion characteristics and bum-out performance of samples were studied and com- pared. Results show combustion comprehensive characteristics of tobacco fine is more than tobacco stem because the ignition temperature, the bum-out temperature and the maximum combustion peak temperature is lower and the maximum combustion velocity and the mean combustion velocity is higher; Combustion mechanism of tobacco stem is more complicated than tobacco fine, tobacco stem has three weight lost peaks in DTG curve but tobacco fine has only two in combustion process of volatiles, and has a slight combustion phenomena near 1009.05 degree Kelvin.
