摘要
本文对电弧的产生机理进行了分析,提出了一种采用MOSFET开关器件的消弧装置。该装置通过在每一方的开关触点连接一个二极管桥的中点,启动电流脉冲通过并联二极管的桥为短路开关提供一个短暂的接近于零的电压,防止电弧电压发生突变,达到抑制电弧的目的。利用Matlab/Simulink工具,构建智能开关设备的仿真模型并进行了消弧仿真验证。结果表明,本文提出消弧装置具有较好的抑制电弧的能力。
The mechanism of arc was analyzed and an arc-suppression device adopting MOSFET switch device was proposed. The device sets a contact connection point of a diode bridge on each side of the switch, starting current pulse provides a short near zero voltage for short circuit switch through parallel diode bridge, prevents the mutation of arc voltage, so it can suppress are. Using Matlab/Simulink tools, building intelligent switch equip- ment simulation model was built and the arc-suppression simulation verification was conducted. The results show that the arc-suppression device proposed in this paper has good inhibition ability of electric arc.
