摘要
针对当前GPS的示位标只能单一传送位置信息,提出了多功能北斗交互式示位标的构建方案。该方案充分利用北斗卫星导航系统独有定位和通信两大功能,同时利用短距离通信方式构建交互式示位标。根据不同的需求编辑短报文通过短距离通信传送给北斗示位标,再利用北斗系统的特色短信报文功能将信息发送给岸基救助中心平台。该示位标除了能传送位置信息,还可以适当传送其他重要信息,大大提高了海事救助成功概率。相比与现有GPS示位标,具有更方便交互,而且可以双向传递更多的救助信息。
The current GPS EPIRB transmitting location information can only be a single, multi-function Com- pass proposed position-indicating the underlying construct interactive programs. It makes use of the Beidou satel- lite navigation system features two unique positioning and communications, while taking advantage of the short- range communications build interactive EPIRB. Depending on the needs of editing short message transmitted via the short-range communications to Compass EPIRB, re-use characteristics of SMS messages sent Beidou system will send the information to a shore-based rescue center platform. The beacon can transmit position information in addition, also be appropriate to convey other important information, greatly improving the probability of success of the maritime rescue. Compared with the existing GPS EPIRB, a more convenient interactive, two-way and can deliver more aid information.
