摘要
东非黑黄檀是典型的难加工木材,铣削加工时刀具磨损很快。采用响应曲面法研究了东非黑黄檀铣削参数对铣削力的影响,并构建了铣削力的二元非线性回归预测模型。实验表明,主轴转速对铣削力的影响最大;回归模型对铣削力的预测值与实际值具有很好的一致性。该模型有助于对东非黑黄檀铣削参数进行优化。
African blackwood is difficult-to-cut wood material. Milling cutters wear quickly in the wood cutting. Based on response surface method, the effect of process parameters on milling force in African black wood cutting was investigated and a second or- der nonlinear regression model was established to predict the milling force. Experiments show that the main shaft speed has the greatest influence on the cutting force and the regression model' s prediction is consistent with the practical value of the milling force. The model is helpful to optimize milling parameters.
