定型机拉伸拉幅控制系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了定型机的工艺原理。针对拉幅张力动态性能差和抑制干扰能力弱的问题,设计了数字滤波型二自由度PID控制算法,使系统的超调减小至1.3%、调节时间缩短至5s,以及稳态误差控制在(80±1.1)k N;针对拉伸张力初始偏差过大导致积分累积使系统产生振荡或发散的问题,设计了积分分离式PID控制算法,使定型机拉伸张力最大误差控制在工艺要求的20N之内,有效减少了拉伸张力的超调,前、后锭轴位置最大同步误差控制在20mm之内,实现拉伸张力与同步的耦合控制。 The content introduces the principle of setting machines. For the problem of bad dynamic performance and weak ability of the dynamic performance of tenter tension, the digital filtering two degree of freedom PID control algorithm was designed, result the overshoot of the system reduced to 1.3%, the adjustment time shortened to 5s and the steady error was controlled in( 80 ± 1.1 ) kN. In the light of the large initial error of stretching tension leads to integral accumulation and eventually cause the system oscillatory or divergent,the integral separation PID control algorithm was designed and result was controlled within the process requirements of the 20N and effectively reduced the stretching tension overshoot. The rear spindle position was controlled within 20mm and stretching tension and synchronous coupling control were realized.
