摘要
目的以优质护理为导向,构建一套客观、科学的临床护理教学质量评价指标体系,促进临床护理教学质量持续提升。方法采用文献分析法和问卷调查法初步拟定评价指标,采用Delphi专家函询法选取14名专家进行两轮专家函询,确定各级指标及权重。结果该研究构建的临床护理教学质量评价指标体系由5个一级指标、22个二级指标构成。两轮函询的专家积极系数分别为93.33%、100.00%,专家权威系数均大于0.70。两轮函询完成后一、二级指标的肯德尔协调系数(Kendall′W)分别为0.388、0.287,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床护理教学质量评价指标体系科学、可靠,可为临床护理教学质量的客观评价提供依据。
Objective To build a set of objective and scientific evaluation index system of quality clinical nursing teach- ing, so as to further improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods The evaluation indexes of chnical nursing teach- ing were initially built by using literature analysis and questionnaire survey. The indicators and weights at all levels were identified by two rounds of consultation among 14 experts using Delphi technique. Results The evaluation index system consisted of 5 first- level indicators and 22 second-level indicators. The experts' positivity coefficients in the two rounds were 93.33% and 100.00% , respectively. The experts' authority coefficients were all over 0.70. The Kendall coordination coefficients (Kendall' W) of the first and the second level indexes were 0.388 and 0.287, the difference was stastically significant(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The evalu- ationindex system for clinical nursing teaching quality is scientific and reliable, which can provide evidence for the objective evaluation of clinical nursing teaching quality.
