消瘤扶正汤在乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者治疗中的应用研究

Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction in the treatment of patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical operation of breast cancer study

目的观察消瘤扶正汤在乳腺癌根治术(ROBC)后化疗患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2016年6月在该院行ROBC后化疗的乳腺癌(BC)患者128例,按照随机数字表法分为扶正汤组和对照组,各64例。对照组ROBC术后均给予CAF化疗方案化疗,扶正汤组在对照组基础上给予消瘤扶正汤。观察比较两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞因子、炎症因子水平和生命质量评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均较治疗前显著改善,且扶正汤组CD3+、CD4^+、CD8^+及TNF-α、IL-6、CRP均优于对照组,且治疗有效率(78.12%)高于对照组(60.94%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,扶正汤组生理、功能、社会家庭、情感等生命质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消瘤扶正汤可有效改善ROBC术后化疗患者免疫功能及生命质量,提高其耐受性,临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction on patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical operation of breast cancer （ROBC）. Methods A total of 128 cases with postoperative chemotherapy of ROBC in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were collected, and randomly divided into the Fuzheng decoction group and the control group by random number table, 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CAF chemotherapy regimen after ROBC, the Fuzheng decoction group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction on the basis of the control group. The levels of T lym- phokines, inflammatory factors, quality of life scores and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋,TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP were significantly improved in both groups and the levels of CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋, TNF-a, IL-6 and CRP in Fuzheng decoction were better than those of the control group, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of Fuzheng decoction （78.12%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （60.94%） with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. During the treatment,the quality of life scores such as physiology ,function, social family and emotion in Fuzheng decoction group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction can effectively improve the immune function and quality of life of patients with postoperative chemotherapy of ROBC, it can enhance the tolerance and has remarkable clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical application.
