摘要
政府服务是世界银行《营商环境报告》"环境便利度"指标考察的重要内容。本文设计了江门市营商环境政府服务满意度测评指标体系,用6个月时间分两轮在江门市政府办事场所进行样本数据采集,通过满意度等级赋值和指标加权,计算出江门市营商环境政府服务满意度,并对两轮测评结果进行了比较。
Government service is an important part of the business climate indicators in the World Bank's'Business Climate Report'. In this study,a government service satisfaction evaluation index system for assessing Jiangmen's business environment was designed and then sample data was collected in two rounds in the course of 6 months from Jiangmen municipal government offices.The degree of satisfaction with Jiangmen government services was calculated through ranking evaluation of satisfaction and index weighting and the results for the two rounds of survey were compared.
