高职院校辅导员职业化发展路径探究

职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,高职院校的辅导员在学生的培养教育中非同小可,一支优秀的辅导员队伍对高职教育发展意义重大。辅导员队伍建设的核心是辅导员的职业化发展。文章通过对高职院校辅导员职业化发展的障碍分析,提出针对性的解决路径,以期对高职院校辅导员职业化发展有所帮助。

Vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country. The counselors in vocational colleges are of great significance in the education of students. An excellent team of counselors is of great importance to the development of higher vocational education. The core of the construction of counselors is the professional development of counselors. In this paper, through the analysis of the obstacles to the professional development of counselors in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward a targeted solution to the professional development of counselors in vocational colleges.
