摘要
介绍了喷涂速凝型彩色乳化沥青的特点和技术指标,研究了彩色沥青、喷涂速凝型彩色乳化沥青及其防水涂料的制备方法,考察了石油树脂、软化剂对彩色沥青性能的影响,以及氯丁胶乳对防水涂料性能的影响。本研究制备的彩色喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料的技术性能指标满足喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料行业标准的要求。
The characteristics and technology index of spraying quick - setting color emulsified asphah are introduced. The preparation method of colored asphalt, sprayed quick-setting color emulsified asphalt and waterproofing coating are studied. And the effects of petroleum resin and softener on the performances of colored asphalt and the effects of neoprene latex on the performances of waterproofing coating are investigated. The technical perfornmnce index of color sprayed quick-setting rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating prepared in this study satisfies the requirements of industry standard for spraying quick-setting rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating.
