摘要
深圳抽水蓄能电站中平洞开挖后揭示的断层、裂隙等地质构造岩体质量差,地质条件复杂,需进行防渗加固处理,增加岩体的均匀性、完整性和抗渗性,提高岩体的弹性模量。采用环氧灌浆材料,以全孔一次灌浆、自上而下分段灌浆、自下而上分段灌浆3种方法进行断层破碎带灌浆试验研究,灌后检查孔压水结果全部小于1 Lu,满足设计技术要求。经分析比较,全孔一次性灌浆在施工质量、进度和投资方面都比其他两种方法好。
In Shenzhen Pumped Storage Power Station, the faults and cracks after excavation of the middle gallery reveal the poor quality of rock mass and the complicated condition of geology which should be treated to enhance the uniformity, completeness, anti-permeability and elasticity modulus of rock mass. There are three methods to research the grouting test of the fault-fracture zone, including tull hole single grouting, segmented grouting from top to bottom and from bottom to top by using epoxy grouting material. After irrigation, the results of pore water pressure are all less than 1 Lu, which meet the design technical requirements. After analysis and comparison, full hole disposable grouting is better than the other two methods in the aspects of construction quality, progress and investment.
