摘要
链轮是刮板输送机的关键部件之一,在传动过程中,圆环链与链轮之间啮合接触的力学特性是影响链轮可靠性的关键因素。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模块,分析了圆环链与驱动链轮啮合状态下的应力状态;使用圆环链与链轮啮合试验台模拟了驱动链轮的磨损状态,并使用表面形貌测量仪采集了链轮磨损形貌。分析结果得出,圆环链和链轮进行啮合接触时,圆环链的紧边承受主要载荷;链轮链窝靠近立环槽处磨损比较严重且以疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损为主。
The sprocket is one of the key components of the scraper conveyor. In the transmission process, the mechanical char- aeteristic of the meshing contact between the round chains and the sprocket is the key factor that affects the reliability of the sprocket.The stress state under meshing contact of the round chains and the driving sprocket was analyzed by ANSYS/LS-- DYNA module. The meshing test bench of round chains and sprocket was used to simulate the wear of the driving sprocket, and the surface morphology measuring instrument was used to collect sprocket wear morphology. Analysis results showed that, when the round chains and the sprocket were engaged, the tight side of the round chains bore the main load. Moreover, the wear of sprocket chain nest near ring groove was more serious, and mainly prsented as fatigue wear and abrasive wear.
