摘要 为优化普朗铜矿自然崩落法的放矿方案,采用DIMINE软件创建矿体模型和块段模型,并以市场价格、生产成本及贫损指标为基础,采用iOreDraw放矿管理系统进行金属价格敏感性分析和出矿范围确定计及不同经济条件下各放矿点的最佳放矿高度、担负矿量,确保矿山经济效益最大化和资源量回收率最大化。实践证明,基于iOreDraw放矿管理系统的放矿优化方案设计具有高效、快捷的优点,可减小矿山决策风险,为放矿控制和排产计划提供基础数据。 To optimize the ore drawing scheme of block caving mining method in Pulang Copper Mine, the models of ore body and block were set up by DIMINE software. Based on the market prices, production costs, as well as dilution and loss indexes, the price sensitivity of metals was analyzed and ore drawing scope was determined by iOreDraw management system. Then, the optimum drawing height and loading ore quantity of each drawpoint under different economic conditions were calculated, so as to ensure the maximum economic effect and resource recovery in mine. Practice proved that the optimization design of ore drawing scheme based on iOreDraw management system, with efficient and quick advantages, reduced the decision risks of mine and provided a basis for drawing control and production planning.
