多层薄矿脉联合开采方案数值模拟研究 被引量:6

Numerical Simulation on Combined Mining Scheme for Multi-layer Narrow Veins

摘要 根据多条急倾斜薄矿脉近似平行展布特点,初选浅孔留矿法和上向水平分层充填法两种方案,并设计矿脉间距4,6m和8m三种情况采用Flac^(3D)进行模拟对比分析。当采用空场法开采时,采场上盘围岩塑性破坏区达到16%以上,采场上下盘均出现拉破坏,上下盘易发生冒落;当采用充填法开采时,采场上下盘未出现拉破坏,尽管随着开采深度的增加,剪切破坏依然存在,但塑性破坏区已不足5%,上下盘围岩冒落情况得到有效控制。因此,对于该矿多层矿脉群不适宜采用空场法开采,推荐采用上向水平分层充填法进行开采,安全可靠,技术可行。 According to approximate parallel distribution of the multi-layer steeply inclined narrow veins, shrinkage stoping method and upward horizontal slice stoping and backfilling method were primarily chosen, and three kinds of space between veins, such as 4 m, 6 m and 8 m, were designed for simulation and comparative analysis with Flaca3D. When the stope was mined by stoplng method,lhe upper plastic damage zone of surrounding rock was accounted for more than 16%,the upper and foot walls of the stope both presented tensile failure and were easy to take rock caving. When using backfilling method,tensile failure did not appear in the upper and foot walls of the stope. Though shear failure remained with the inerease of mining depth, the damage zone was less than 5%, and surrounding rock caving was under control. Therefore, the backfilling method, which was safer,more reliable and feasible than stoping mining method, was recommended for this multi-layer veins.
